E-residency precedent as incentive for film-industry

It is of value for any producer to determine how the film-industry will benefit from the new digital situation with the e-residency made available by http://www.e-estonia.com . I would think this is as good a place as any to discuss it. Best described at the copy/paste link http://www.wired.co.uk/magazine/archive/2015/07/features/estonia-e-resident . Estonia is the first country in the world to offer “e-residency” for people interested in using state digital services such as banking and registering a company described also by Wall Street Journal http://www.wsj.com/articles/estonia-to-offer-e-residency-to-foreigners-1413897698 . Estonia is also on the finish line with engaging rebate incentives package (in parliament in August). For film producers it is already 30% less expensive compared to Scandinavia, but possibly the e-residency is the new incentive, more beneficial then other benefits combined? There is a lot to be saved in red tape, time, filing taxes, etc., but how much?

Wiki summary: E-residency of Estonia (or virtual residency) is a status by which non-residents can gain a secure digital identity issued by Estonia, similar to those that are provided to permanent residents and citizens of Estonia by their ID card. This enables them to use the services provided by Estonian state agencies and private sector connected usually to the ID card. Estonia established e-residency on December 1, 2014. As by the end of January 2015, e-residents are able to give digital signatures, encrypt documents, use Estonia's state portal http://www.eesti.ee , found enterprises in Estonia, provide reports to Estonian Tax and Customs Board and E-Business Register, fill Estonian tax declarations on the Internet, and use Estonian online banking systems. It is thought that e-residency might be most useful for the entrepreneurs, as it is customary in Estonia to provide services and paperwork online, registering a new enterprise can be done quickly online and there is no income tax for enterprises.
