'Grease' slides as imitation of movie

“By far the best performance came from Hanna-Liina Vosa, who apparently is something of a TV star in her native Estonia. This is her first performance outside her country, and she's absolutely terrific. She's a strong actor and dancer, and her rendering of Hopelessly Devoted was touching. She could rock out on the fast numbers, too.” By MARTY CLEAR Published September 20, 2003

Estonian actress in tune with 'Grease'

It's a safe bet there will be no slip-ups when Hanna-Liina Vosa takes the stage tonight during "Grease." After all, she's performed the part of Sandy close to 350 times, she said. The traveling troupe, which will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Redding Convention Center, has been on the road since August 2002. Vosa said the show's contract was recently extended for another year. Grease Is the Word at the Peace Center

Vosa continues to be amazed by the response. “This is our second year already, and it’s supposed to go on for a third because it’s going so well. It’s wonderful. OCTOBER 7, 2003 By Neil Shurley Both Jamey Isenor (Danny) and Hanna-Liina Vosa (Sandy) did very well, and Vosa got a few wolf whistles when she came out for the curtain call. The Victoria E. Bundonis (Miss Lynch) and Arthur J.M. Callahan (Vince Fontaine) were good too.
